Phyto-Cernes Eclat eye concealer is a tinted, anti-dark circle product. It masks dark circles and shadowy areas (ultra-pure pigments) and targets puffiness and signs of fatigue. It visibly smoothes the look of wrinkles and fine lines while enhancing the beauty of the area around the eye. The metal massage tip creates an immediate cooling effect and the included brush allows for a customized application. Phyto-Cernes Eclat helps to reduce the appearance of under-eye bags.. Using light strokes, apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cooling effect..
